30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

1. Email scentelligencecandle@gmail.com with your order number (include a photo if the item is damaged).

2. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

3. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
