What are your candles made of?

Our candles are hand-poured using a premium paraffin/soy wax blend. Each one features high-quality fragrance oils and cotton wicks for a clean, luxurious burn.

How long do your candles burn?

Our 12 oz candles burn for approximately 30 hours. For the best experience, burn 2–4 hours at a time and trim the wick before each use.

How should I care for my candle?

Trim your wick to ¼ inch before each use. Allow a full melt pool to form during the first burn to prevent tunneling. Always burn on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts or anything flammable.

Do your candles come in gift packaging?

Yes — all candles come in our signature packaging, ready for gifting. We also offer curated gift sets perfect for special occasions.

We currently ship across the U.S. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — all U.S. orders over $50 ship free.

How can I track my order?

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

If your tracking hasn’t updated in several days or your package seems lost, contact us at scentelligencecandle@gmail.com. We’ll investigate and work with the carrier to resolve it.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days for unused, unopened items in their original condition. To begin a return, email us at scentelligencecandle@gmail.com.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
