You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

2. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.

3. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.

To make an exchange, return the item first. Once refunded, place a new order for the item you want.

Use only in wax warmers approved for wax melts.

Do not add water or other substances.

Keep your warmer within sight and away from drafts, pets, and children.

Allow the wax to fully melt before deciding to switch scents.

Once the scent fades, let the wax cool and harden, then remove it before adding a new cube.

For easy cleanup, place a cotton ball in the warm wax to soak it up or gently pop it out once solidified.
